If you’ve got an occasion to celebrate, or just want to create special moments over food, consider leaving the cooking to me.

What Meals for Special Events Includes

I will create unique coursed or family-style meals so that you can provide your guests with a truly memorable experience.

    • Save time by taking meal planning, shopping and preparation off your list.

    • Elevate your occasion with service and unique presentation meant to impress and communicate how much you care.

    • Be truly present with your guests by leaving the prep, presentation, service and cleanup to me.

    1. Tell me about you, your guests and the moment you are trying to create with your event.  Your schedule, tastes, allergies and dietary restrictions.

    2. I will create a custom menu, with may include, but not be limited to:

      • Welcome cocktail

      • Wine pairings

      • Nibble boards

      • Starters, soups, salads

      • Entrée

      • Dessert

    3. An estimate for this menu, which includes the cost of groceries and services.

    4. You review, and we make revisions as needed.

    5. I’ll shop and prepare as much of the meal as I can in advance, and bring everything else to your event to cook onsite.

    6. I will serve each course, clear plates as we go.

    7. By the time you’re done with dessert, your kitchen will be clean.
